The Shipping Policy
We want your order to arrive safely and on time.
Delivery partners: TCS and Leopards (COD available via these partners).
Delivery time: Estimated 7–8 working days from order confirmation.
Delivery charge: Flat PKR 250 per piece.
Delivery areas: Nationwide (delivery time may vary for remote areas).
Order processing: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Processing begins after payment confirmation (if paying online) or after order confirmation for COD.
Tracking: We send tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email once your order ships.
Packaging: Items are packed carefully to protect them in transit.
Delays: Public holidays, local disruptions, or remote-location issues may cause delays. We’ll notify you if this happens.
Important: Delivery estimates are working days (excludes weekends/public holidays). The delivery charge is per piece — if you order multiple pieces shipping may be calculated accordingly at checkout.
