1. Acceptance of terms
By using this site and ordering from MUSKAN HIJAB & ABAYA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders & acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

3. Pricing & payment
Prices shown on the site are in PKR and include product price only. Delivery (PKR 250 per piece) will be added at checkout. For COD orders, payment is collected in cash at delivery. If online payments become available, payments will be processed securely.

4. Delivery
We use trusted couriers (TCS and Leopards). Estimated delivery is 7–8 working days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary due to location, stock, or holidays.

5. Returns & refunds
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns & Exchange Policy (see that page). Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery, unused and in original condition.

6. Product information
We try to display product colors, fabrics, and sizes accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or fabric dye lots.

7. Intellectual property
All content on the site (images, text, designs) is owned by MUSKAN HIJAB & ABAYA. You may not reproduce or use our content without permission.

8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

9. Privacy
We collect and use personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
