We deliver all orders through TCS and Leopards Courier Service — two of Pakistan’s most trusted delivery companies.
Both support Cash on Delivery (COD), so you can pay easily when your order arrives.
We charge a flat rate of PKR 250 per piece for delivery across Pakistan.
This charge covers secure packaging and nationwide shipping.
Standard delivery takes 7 to 8 working days after order confirmation.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days before dispatch.
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location, weather conditions, or public holidays.
We’ll notify you by SMS, WhatsApp, or Email once your order has been shipped — along with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.
COD is available through TCS and Leopards Courier.
Simply pay the courier in cash when your package is delivered.

Your order will be packed carefully in secure, protective packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

We deliver to all major cities and towns of Pakistan.
For remote areas, delivery may take a little longer — but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — that’s why we offer a simple and fair 3-day return & exchange policy.
You can request a return or exchange within 3 days after receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
We only accept returns/exchanges if:
The product is unused and undamaged.
The original tags and packaging are intact.
The product is the same as delivered (no perfume, stains, or alterations).
Important:
If the product was damaged, incorrect, or faulty upon arrival — we’ll gladly exchange or replace it at no extra cost.

Provide your Order Number and a short description of the issue (include photos if possible).
Our support team will guide you through the return/exchange process.
Returns and exchanges are handled through TCS or Leopards Courier.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong size, wrong color, or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
If you are returning due to a change of mind or size exchange, return shipping may be paid by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds will be issued through your original payment method (if applicable) or as a voucher/credit for future purchases.
For COD orders, refunds can be transferred through bank or Easypaisa (details will be requested after approval).
After receiving your returned item, we’ll ship your replacement within 2–4 working days (subject to stock availability).
If your requested size or color is unavailable, we can issue a credit voucher or refund instead.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as:
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
Items that have been used, washed, or altered
