Return & exchange window: Request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date you receive the item. Condition for return/exchange: Items must be returned as received — unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. The product must be in the same condition we delivered it in. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Returns/collections are handled through TCS or Leopards.
Ship the item back as instructed or wait for courier pickup arranged by us. Return shipping charges: May apply depending on the reason for return. If the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong product, we will cover return shipping. For buyer-change returns (size, color), a return charge may apply — we’ll confirm before pickup. Refunds: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund time depends on the payment method and bank/partner processing times — generally within 7–14 business days after inspection. Exchange process: Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we will ship the replacement (subject to stock). Additional delivery charges may apply for exchanges.
